A Strong Voice for Our Jobs – An experienced small businesswoman who has fought high taxes and regulations on our job creators to keep our jobs in Clarion, Armstrong and Forest Counties and Pennsylvania. Her tireless efforts have earned her the NFIB Guardian of Small Business honors.
Outspoken Advocate for the Right to Life– Led PA to opt out of taxpayer-funded abortions through Obamacare and pushed for uniform health and safety standards for unsafe abortion clinics.
Proven Job Creator– Partner with business/industry to fight against burdensome regulations –endorsed by the Pennsylvania Chamber of Business and Industry.
Defender of Second Amendment Liberties– 100% voting record in protecting the Right to Bear Arms.
Champion of our Rural Schools– Led effort to revised Basic Education Funding Formula, which supported a bipartisan budget that provided record funding for education and school safety to keep our children and teachers safe.
She was named 2016 Rural Educator of the Year for her efforts.
Legislative Champion– Authored sprinkler mandate repeal and legislation to advocate for priority use of minority owned businesses in state contracts. Currently partnering with PA Farm Bureau to eliminate special farm vehicle permits and with the breast milk bank industry to protect precious newborns.
She’s One of Us- Born and raised in Clarion County, she holds a Bachelor’s Degree from Clarion University and serves on the Council of Trustees. Donna is married to husband, Derek, a US Marine Corps Veteran, and they reside in Clarion with their 2 children, Tori and Tanner.
